Empower deaf professionals to lead real-time sign language interpretation for global events — anytime, anywhere.

Challenge:

Sign Now needed a system to deliver high-visibility interpretation at broadcast standards for events like FIFA+, Eurovision, and NBA — while keeping full creative control in the hands of deaf leaders.

Solution:

Built streamlined workflows, green screen presets, and scalable systems that enabled Sign Now’s team to produce broadcast-ready content quickly and independently.

Project Background

Mission:

Transform a gear-heavy content company into a nimble, opportunity-driven production partner through strategic advising and operational overhaul.

Challenge:

PDA was burdened with long-term debt and a legacy model centered on costly gear ownership, limiting flexibility and growth.

Solution:

Advised on financial recovery and restructuring. Relocated crew and equipment through active conflict zones (e.g., Gaza, Afghanistan). Led two pilot productions and pivoted PDA to a project-based, collaborative model.
